His philosophy is that great wine is made in the vineyard not in the winery. This means that only the best quality grapes are used for each and every bottle produced at his facility. This Gewurztraminer Auslese is no exception. Late harvest grapes are carefully selected to produce a wine that is soft, fragrant with aromas of rose petal and spice. Flavors follow with peach and slight grapefruit finishing with a touch of honey.
