    Coming straight from our winery in Rhienhessen, Germany , our winemakers have done it again. Christopher and Philip spend long hours combining grapes after fermentation to create the newest and most refreshing of their unoaked blends. In this case, they have taken the Huxelrebe grape as well as the Wüzer grape (a crossing of Gewürtztraminer and Müller-Thurgau). Huxelrebe in this case, giving the wine its backbone and round acidity while the Wuzer gives it the crisp after taste of fresh apples, stone fruit and hints of grapefruit. A nice wine to pair with lighter flavors such as grilled seafood.

A cross between Müller Thurgau and Siegrebbe, Ortega is not your ordinary wine. A naturally sweet grape and unique in that boasts flavors of a floral bouquet and fresh peach. Aged in stainless steel, the wine finishes fresh and vibrant leaving this wine simply unforgettable.
