Finally, after 2000 years, it was discovered that a beautiful Rosé sparkling wine could be made from Refosco, an indigenous Istrian variety which for centuries locals produced a wine of dense black character. Veralda family vineyards are now producing top quality, Grand Cru wines with this Refosco grape and this rosé is no exception. It is fantastic as an aperitif, on its own, or with meals. This wine is simply refreshing, yet sophisticated expressing effervescent bubbles and a superior clean finish.

When its produced in it’s home on Peljesac peninsula it reminds us of summer. That is why we enjoy this soft and fresh red.
