Description

Mystery is everything in wine making, from one procedure to another;
this rare Croatian wine can’t be found anywhere else.
Each bottle is unique, and is the product of great effort, time, and love.
On the sunny slopes of the Pelješac peninsula, premium wine Plavac Edivo is produced with a great deal of care and love…
After it has been bottled and placed in a terracotta amphora, it is sunken under the sea to depths of 25 meters for 24 months.
All of them are perfectly stored upside down on its cork and scattered at several different locations at Pelješac aquatorium.
It ages in just the wine bottles for three months, and then 18 months in amphora bottles under the sea.
The result of perfect thermal conditions creates a beautiful layer of algae, coral and seashells.
The wine does not lose any of its aroma, quality, or color. You’ll have to try it to believe it…
Natural cooling in ideal conditions surrounded by perfect silence, have improved the quality of the wine.
These wines are made from “Plavac Mali” grapes, also known as “Little Blue”,
the most common grape varietal in Croatia.
Try it and taste for yourself!
